4 TIPS FOR BETTER BALANCE
𝗙𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀 - keep your eyes on a single spot before you go up into the pose.
𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 - Start by distributing the weight evenly on the ground.
𝗔𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 - Keep the body aligned in the pose.
𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵 - will improve your balance and stability.

TIPS FOR HANDSTAND WALK
Don’t look too far then you end up arching your back. Look right in front of your fingers.
Push your shoulders up to your ears while walking. This will protect your shoulders and help with alignment.
Don’t rush, one step at a time.

STOMACH TO WALL HANDSTAND HOLD POINTER
Lock the elbows and push your shoulders up to your ears.
Look at the line between your hands. Focus on good form - Straight legs and pointed toes.
