🤸🏽♀️ 6-Week Handstand Program for Beginners 3 Workouts per Week | Video Tutorials + Step-by-Step Guidance This program is designed to help you build the strength, control, and confidence to achieve a freestanding handstand. Whether you’ve never been upside down before, can already hold a wall handstand or do handstand walks, this program will enable you to refine your alignment and develop a solid freestanding handstand hold (without walking!). The program is designed to be 6-weeks long with 3 workouts per week. However, it’s completely self-paced so you can move through it as slowly or quickly as suits your lifestyle and training rhythm. Ideally Each workout focuses on building: ✅ Core strength & body awareness ✅ Wrist & shoulder mobility ✅ Confidence in inversion ✅ Entry techniques & safe bailouts ✅ Balance & alignment for freestanding holds You’ll get videos and written explanations for exercises and drills.
